Lethal Health Care Far From Dead Issue

Mr Obama's Lethal Health Care Plan applies limits on care for elderly and unborn.

Then I remembered the US is a signatory to the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights.

Article 3 states "Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person."
and
Article 21, section 2 states, "Everyone has the right of equal access to public service in his country."

If the US government sponsors health care, according to this treaty, the government may make no such distinction, because everyone must have equal right to life (thus health care, if provided), by UN treaty.

Conclusion: The Obama Health Care Plan violates international law, which Obama, Pelosi, "liberals" et al, must obey, since the US is signatory to this law.

If (or perhaps when) HR3200 is law, we can sue Mr Obama, Speaker Pelosi and the rest of their creep-crowd in The Hague. I'm up for it. Let's demand trillions and trillions taken out of their hides.

Howard Dean came out Monday, saying government run health care was indispensable.

"You can't really do health reform without [government control]," he said. Dean maintained that the health insurance industry has "put enormous pressure on patients and doctors" in recent years.

He called a direct government role "the entirety of health care reform. It isn't the entirety of insurance reform ... We shouldn't spend $60 billion a year subsidizing the insurance industry."

Dean, who wishes to grease all his buddies' palms, finds public option indispensable. Indispensable to him. Terrible for us.

Tuesday, Leftist "liberal" authoritarians whine they are making all the concessions. "The slaves are insisting they get to keep all their fingers," whined one Leftist "Liberal" authoritarian. "Why should we have to let them keep anything? It's not fa-i-i-r."

Okay, I made up that part in italics. But this should be clear: These phony "Liberal" politicians are not servants of the people.
