"Dear Leader Obama" and the dictatorial Democrats have gotten into hot water over ObamaCare and its clumsy mandates. Therefore, in order to work some rescue for themselves, Obama emitted the newest edict "allowing" small business owners another reprieve from ObamaCare’s employer mandate.
In July, the White House said it would delay the mandate part of the Affordable Care Act, the part that will eventually require businesses with 50 or more workers to offer health insurance to employees or pay a fine. That original edict pushed back the requirement back one year to Jan. 1, 2015.
On Monday, the Obama administration said it would delay the employer mandate until 2016 for companies with 50 to 99 workers. (Employers with fewer than 50 workers have always been exempt.) Companies with 100 or more workers will have to cover 70 percent of their full-time workers beginning next year, according to a new rule published by the Internal Revenue Service.
Despite the fact that ObamaCare is stupid, oppressive law, it is properly enacted by Congress and is law of the land. Mr Obama has no authority under the US Constitution to modify public law without permission of Congress. Therefore Mr Obama stands very clearly as the Outlaw president. Let's send him to prison real soon.
