The elitist Democrats in Congress are lying that Mr Trump created a problem at the Post Office.
For proof we look at the U.S. Constitution - Article 1 - The Legislative Branch; Section 8 - Powers of Congress - part 5, "[The Congress shall have Power] To establish Post Offices and Post Roads".
President Donald Trump has nothing to do with problems at the post office. Thu US Post Office is established under the Congress' control. Problems with the Post Office come from the Democratic Party. The Congress is under the Democratic Party control.
