New York Times op-ed admits shutting down schools was wrong

The New York Times Gray Lady admitted that Democratic Party cries to shut down schools was based on vapor, not science.

Trump has been calling for months that schools reopen, and on that he seems to have been largely based on the science.

Schools, especially elementary schools, do not appear to have been major sources of coronavirus transmission, and remote learning is proving to be a catastrophe for many low-income children.

Yet America is shutting schools — New York City announced Wednesday that it was closing schools in the nation’s largest school district — even as it allows businesses like restaurants and bars to operate. What are our priorities? (NY Times).

"It’s so ridiculous seeing NYT and other liberals saying “now we know schools aren’t risky” when anyone following the data already knew it while they lied all summer (Phil Kerpen - Twitter)."

It’s as if the Left had a gigantic epiphany after all the damage had been done and Biden, "Mr Science," was elected.  It takes a lot of devious hucksterism and lying to manipulate an election.
