Pennsylvania Court rules in Mr. Trump’s favor

A Pennsylvania judge just ruled in his favor that the state may not count votes where the voters failed to provide proof of identification and did not cure that problem by Nov. 9 (Red State).

The decision has no bearing on the more notable controversy currently pending before the U.S. Supreme Court — viz., whether Pennsylvania’s state supreme court had the authority to extend by three days (i.e., until November 6) the statutory deadline for mail-in ballots to be received by county election boards. While the state Republican Party has asked the high court to review that state court ruling, the Supreme Court has not decided whether to take the case, though Justice Alito (the justice who handles emergency applications in the Third Circuit, which includes Pennsylvania) has ordered that the late-arriving votes (estimated to number about 10,000) be segregated (Andrew McCarthy writing in National Review).

Biden’s lead in Pennsylvania has grown to over 50,000 votes (Washington Examiner).  https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/biden-lead-in-pennsylvania-blows-past-50-000-votes

In Arizona, the Secretary of State overseeing the voting is vehemently anti-Trump. I’m sure she’s a complete professional otherwise, right? (Red State).

Here's a detailed look at voter fraud in a number of states with this basic opinion: Voter fraud exists but not enough to have swayed the election for Biden (National Review). The author naively assumes all election safeguards are working.

"Among the millions of examples of media bias, I’m struck right now by how coverage post-2016 focused relentlessly for years on Clinton supporters and their emotional trauma and Resistance efforts … compared to second-class and disdainful treatment of 71 MILLION Trump voters (Mollie Hemingway -- Twitter)."
