If they remain self-reliant, they stay free.
Unchecked, ever-expanding government power

Republicans send criminal referral to DOJ about alleged voter fraud in Nevada

Which they sent to Attorney General William Barr (Washington Examiner).

A look at legal challenges mounted in other battleground states, complete with the author of the story telling us Trump is “spreading lies and conspiracy theories” in case you were tempted to decide for yourself (Business Insider).

An explanation as to why some windows were covered up in Detroit (Daily Wire).

Congressman Kevin McCarthy is among those who believe “President Trump has won this election” (Twitter).

One story notes “the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania delivered President Trump and the Republican National Committee (RNC) a massive win Thursday night, ordering late absentee ballots missing identification to be segregated and not counted” (Daily Caller).

From Peggy Noonan: Will some mess and incompetence be uncovered on state levels? Probably. Will we see some mischief appear to have been done in this city or that county? Probably. As in every election. “Landslide Lyndon,” “Vote early and often for Curley”—these are part of our political vocabulary for a reason. Mayor Richard J. Daley is still believed to have put JFK over the top in Illinois in 1960 with the votes of the dead. A certain amount of misbehavior is in our genes, and in democracy’s. Elections are human enterprises. But there’s a point at which we have to remember there are limits to all inquiries. Richard Nixon in 1960 didn’t challenge what had been done to him when the cemeteries went strong for JFK. He thought it wouldn’t be good for the country (WSJ).

Chris Christie was among the Republicans encouraging Trump to stop claiming the election was stolen (Axios).

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Friday, November 06, 2020 shows that 50% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Forty-eight percent (48%) disapprove (Rasmussen Reports).  Mr Trump's support endures well.
