Meanwhile, dates for Democrats
Congressional Democrat representatives voted to kill a motion from House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy to remove Rep. Eric Swalwell of California from his position on the House Intelligence Committee over his relationship to a spy for communist China.
Swalwell was allegedly dating Chinese secret agent "Fang Fang" (Her real name according to FOXNews). Fang reportedly helped fundraise for Swalwell's 2014 campaign.
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D) said that the leadership of the House and of the Intelligence Committee were informed in 2015 "that overtures from a Chinese person were being made to members of Congress," but that communication ended once they were aware. (NPR)
