President Joe Biden arranged to have his US Senate public service records hidden. Judicial Watch engaged in lawsuit to get the records released.
Predictably, the Biden camp opposed this. Meanwhile the records are being held by the University of Delaware -- and even the details of this arrangement to conceal public records between a public institution with the president are concealed.
The time-frame of the concealed records is while Biden was in the US Senate. This includes the Tara Reade's allegation of sexual assault, and communications with Vladimir Putin (the actual Russian collusion story). There are 1850 boxes of records which have been kept secret.
Now the Delaware Supreme Court has ruled the University of Delaware must provide more information to justify its decision to keep secret its deal to house and restrict access to the U.S. Senate records of President Joe Biden.
