Democrats pursue Supreme Court packing

The Demos may go ahead to damage the system of justice.  Packing the Supreme Court would expand the system to include more justices, presumably of Woke politics.  That would subvert the system and make the Supreme Court a rubber stamp of the left.

House Democrats blocked a Republican request Wednesday that would have prevented the expansion of the Supreme Court. The Republican resolution proposed an amendment to the Constitution requiring the Supreme Court to be composed of nine justices — as it has been for the past 153 years, Rep. Tom Cole (R-OK) pointed out Wednesday.

“Fundamentally changing the composition of the court to satisfy the demands of one political party would permanently erode the independence of the judicial branch and forever alter the separation of powers, which is the very foundation our constitution and our nation were built upon,” Cole warned.

But Democrats blocked the resolution on Wednesday (Daily Wire).

Progressives want to pack the Supreme Court to get their extreme wish list, while they focus on headlines and fundraising pleas. They know their radical policies are unpopular, so they seek to avoid responsibility and have unelected justices impose them (Rep. Kelly Armstrong, R-ND - Twitter).
