No, not Washington state!

That didn't take long

Jeff Bezos, a billionaire Democrat donor, left his home in Washington state in November and moved to Florida to avoid Governor Inslee’s 7% capital gains tax. (Amazon is still headquartered in Washington, for now.)

This week Bezos, founder of Amazon, is unloading $4 billion of Amazon stock. Because of his move to Florida, Bezos will Not pay $280 million in personal capital gains income taxes to Inslee’s government. Freedom Foundation

The always fresh Constitution

You hear politicians saying we need to change with the times. They say the US Constitution was for a time when America was a new nation. They say the Constitution must be read as a "living document," so that parts may be discarded because they get in the way of power hungry politicians.

Why? Who requires that our nation no longer act like it is young? Our national need for fresh perspective should not change, so our Constitution is ideal as it is and has been for centuries. It always leads us down the fresh path.

Freedom is individual rights. Individuals make up society. Individuals naturally bear the burden of society. Individuals have the right to use their lives, liberties, and properties as they see fit, as long as they do not infringe on the rights of others.

In the context of the modern state, this philosophy engenders a set of normative policy prescriptions that reflect a belief in the efficiency and morality of unhampered markets, the system of private property, and individual rights -- and a deep distrust of taxation, forced egalitarianism (poverty the elitist class always try to force on society via tax and regulation), compulsory welfare, and ultimate power of the state -- the power of the "ruling class."

Restriction on firearms

The politicians wrongly blame the innocent for the crimes of criminals that the Democrat/progressive prosecutors have been releasing into the community.

The politicians offer no other method of self-protection for the innocent and potential victims (The Democrat/progressives are dismantling police departments).
