Decline, Poverty, and Obama-Land

According to an AP story, 3/20/09, "Congressional auditors said President Barack Obama's budget would produce $9.3 trillion in deficits." This is 4 times Mr Bush's rate of deficit spending.

Mr Obama proposes a boat load of new taxes, electricity up 50%, gasoline up 50%, inheritance tax up a lot in order to destroy family businesses, and other taxes. Mr Obama reckons this increase in taxation should knock out the last of the free enterprise system, leaving only the slave system in place.

All so Mr Obama can fund his vast government supervision of your health care. Government spending will increase to at least 27% of the national output. Consider... government control of 1 out of every 4 jobs. Traditionally, the government employees are not interested in providing service, since their government employer requires much brown nosing. Forget about getting a Doctor appointment on time. The Obama Health care plan puts politicians like him first in line, and you get the die first plan.

Look forward to no industrial product made in USA. Instead there are more imports, and since we have little to trade, higher prices. Behold the Third World USA. The Obama-Land vision is of a post-industrial America, more like a no-industry America. This poisonous vision is will result in something like pre-industrial Europe. We become a medieval society, a land of craft guilds and a huge number of serfs, and aristocracy of favored Democreeps.

It's not much of a stretch to see Obama-Land evolving into Al Gore's plan to make a corridor more or less between the routes of I-80 and I-90 devoid of human settlement (proposed by Gore in 1977). Naturally, this emptied land would require government supervisors, which is another way of saying government pets and officials would have homes in the resulting wilderness. Obama-Land would clear vast areas of human settlement for government luxury villas. This is the level of arrogation we have to contend with.

As Mrs. Lovejoy used to say on the Simpsons, "Won't somebody please think of the children." There's got to be some way we can get this guy to quit.
